“WRITE the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. ³ For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will SPEAK, and it will not lie. (Habakkuk 2:3)

• A Vision from God is much more than just one or a few words that we jot down every year. A vision tells a story of where you have been as it relates to where you are going. A vision is never silent, it speaks.

“OPEN MY EYES, that I may see wonderful things in Your law” (Psalm 119:18 NIV)

Moral of the story: Acres of Diamonds

• The very thing that you discard as useless could be the most valuable asset in the vision that God has given you
• Could it be that the very ground where God has planted us (our homes, our workplace, our church), is filled with acres of diamonds and we don’t even realize it?

There are things that God has set aside in those acres of diamonds:

His Provision

• His provision is found right in the place where He has called you
• Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6)
• And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

His Protection

• His protection is found in the place where He has called you
• God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. ² Therefore we will not fear (Psalm 46:1)

His Direction

• His direction is found in the place where He has called you
• I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye (Psalm 32:8)
