GOD has a dream for your lives and it’s called: YOUR CALLING

GOD has a destiny for your lives and it’s called: YOUR PURPOSE

• Dream and Destiny are not the same. They both come from God and one cannot exist without the other.
• Here’s what’s sad: Many people live with the dream instead of walking in their destiny. You can have the dream (Calling) and yet never fulfill the destiny (Purpose)

OPENING SCRIPTURES: Joel 2:28; Ephesians 2:10

“And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out MY SPIRIT on all flesh; YOUR SONS and YOUR DAUGHTERS shall prophesy, Your OLD MEN SHALL DREAM DREAMS, Your YOUNG MEN shall see VISIONS (Joel 2:28 NKJ)

• God uses dreams and visions to speak to His children, to release calling and destiny
• God is not a respecter of age or gender to give dreams or birth destinies.

For we are His WORKMANSHIP (MASTERPIECE), created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God PREPARED BEFOREHAND that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:10 NKJ)

• 1st of all God calls us His masterpiece
• God has a masterplan for your lives that He created even before you were born.

IMPORTANT:  GOD HAS A ROADMAP FOR YOUR LIFE. IT STARTS WITH A DREAM AND IT LEADS TO YOUR DESTINY.

HOW DO WE CONNECT DREAM TO DESTINY?

1. PUT GOD FIRST

 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. (Matthew 6:33 NLT)

• Seek God’s Kingdom means to look for His ways of doing things.
• “He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel. (Psalms 103:7)
• God wants us to know Him by the way He operates not by His miracles that we see
• We can follow the manifestations of God and yet not have a face to face encounter

2. GET TO KNOW GOD

“If there were prophets among you,  I, the Lord, would reveal myself in visions. I would speak to them in dreams. ⁷ But not with my servant Moses.  Of all my house, he is the one I trust. ⁸ I speak to him face to face (Numbers 12:6-8 NLT)

• Moses got to know God by talking to Him. By engaging in a relationship with Him.
• And do you know ONE THING that YOU HAVE that not even Moses had? THE HOLY SPIRIT
• The only way to discover His dream and His purpose for your life is to GET TO KNOW THE VOICE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
